Linfox is seeking a highly skilled Cold Chain Compliance Manager to join our Intermodal Business Unit in West Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our Cold Chain operations meet the highest standards of Food Safety and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead proactive Cold Chain compliance management using the Cooltrax system to detect and resolve refrigeration issues.
- Empower Linfox Intermodal sites with critical knowledge on fault management, food safety, and compliance.
- Manage the claims process related to temperature data and prepare for HACCP and food safety audits.
- Track temperature-related incidents and provide in-depth reports on saved loads and claims.
- Deliver specialized training to operators, drivers, and teams on customer freight requirements and compliance standards.
- 5+ years of industry experience in similar roles.
- Certification in Auditing, HACCP principles, and implementation or willingness to undertake.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Cooltrax systems or similar will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of state-based legislative standards for Food Safety & Licensing.
- Ability to coach and influence leadership to set and enforce safety standards and targets.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
