You are expected to be a polished, professional hospitality expert with a passion for refined service and guest satisfaction. To succeed, you should have:

  • A minimum 12 months' experience in fine dining, degustation, or hatted restaurants
  • Strong knowledge of sequence of service and fine dining etiquette
  • Ability to describe menu items and recommend wine pairings
  • Skill in carrying multiple plates and trays with ease
  • Excellent communication skills and guest engagement abilities
  • A professional, positive, and adaptable approach to work
