Your Role
As Chef de Partie, you'll manage a designated section of the kitchen while ensuring consistent quality and exceptional standards. You'll contribute to daily service, menu planning, and the training of junior team members – all while helping to deliver a refined dining experience to golfers and guests alike.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Prepare and present dishes to the high standards expected of the Golf Club's restaurant.
• Take responsibility for a section of the kitchen (grill, pastry, sauce, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety within your section.
• Assist with menu development, prep, and event catering.
• Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with training and team development.
• Ensure adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations.

What We're Looking For
You're an organised, energetic, and passionate chef with strong technical skills and a love for refined cuisine. You take pride in consistency and quality, and enjoy working as part of a focused, friendly team.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Essential).
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar senior kitchen role.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Valid Australian working rights (at least 6 months).
• A collaborative attitude and commitment to team success.
• Open Australian driver licence (manual essential for some roles).
• Willingness to stay current with culinary trends and seasonal offerings.
• Relevant experience in function or club dining (preferred).

Roster Highlights:

• Mostly lunch service hours with rare evening shifts (only for functions).
