Your Role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant in our fine dining venues, you'll play an integral role in delivering outstanding guest experiences, ensuring every detail meets the highest standards of luxury dining. From welcoming guests with professionalism to providing seamless table service, you'll embody the art of fine dining.

Where you'll make an impact

• Deliver exceptional service in line with fine dining 'Sequence of Service' standards

• Greet, seat, and engage with guests to create personalised dining experiences

• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage cashiering duties

• Maintain cleanliness and uphold food safety and responsible service standards

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally

• Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery

• Adapt to split shifts and work under pressure while maintaining composure

What we're looking for
You are a polished, professional hospitality expert with a passion for refined service and guest satisfaction. Your fine dining experience allows you to move seamlessly between anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.

To be successful, you will need:

• Minimum 12 months' experience in fine dining, degustation, or hatted restaurants

• Strong knowledge of sequence of service and fine dining etiquette

• Ability to describe menu items and recommend wine pairings

• Skill in carrying three plates and a tray of drinks with ease

• Excellent communication skills and guest engagement abilities

• A professional, positive, and adaptable approach to work

• Nationally Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (Essential)

• Food Safety Certificate (Desirable)

• Valid Driver's Licence (Desirable)
