Chief Aviation Production Manager

This is a highly skilled position that requires the ability to coordinate and manage production planning and scheduling for repair and overhaul of Engines, as well as analyzing and reporting on production performance.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in aviation maintenance and be able to work effectively within a matrixed organization.
Key Responsibilities- Proven experience in maintenance/planning within a maintenance/engineering environment, preferably within an aviation organization.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance/engineering environment, preferably with an airline or military organization.
- Experience in working with ERP systems.
- Experience in working within a matrixed organization to deliver exceptional services to internal and external customers across the organization.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work to strict timelines and team-driven outcomes.
- High-level communication skills and experience working effectively within a collaborative environment.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other IT systems.
