Aviation Maintenance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a team of Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers supporting fixed wing operations in Brisbane and Cairns.

The Role Overview
  • Lead, organize, plan, and supervise all engineering activities.
  • Ensure aircraft maintenance is conducted with the highest standard of regulatory compliance.
  • Manage engineering activities associated with tooling, procurement, records management, and training.
Essential Qualifications
  • CASA Part 66 B1 and/or B2 & C Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence.
  • Minimum ten years' experience as a LAME in aviation maintenance and engineering management and coordination.
  • Advanced knowledge of current CASA regulatory legislation relating to CAR 30 and/or Part 145 maintenance organisation.
Desirable Skills
  • Previous experience as a Responsible Manager Engineering/Chief Engineer within a CAR 30 or Part 145 Maintenance Organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team in an aviation environment.
  • Experience using computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS).
