Job Description

The NEM Reform Program Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy production, sharing, and consumption by leading cross-functional teams to ensure efficient delivery of the NEM Reform changes.

This involves taking end-to-end accountability of the program by planning and overseeing the delivery of NEM Reform related projects. The Manager will be responsible for developing strategic responses to NEM Reform initiatives, engaging stakeholders, and managing updates relating to the AEMO NEM Reform program roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and managing updates relating to the AEMO NEM Reform program roadmap
  • Preparing an impact assessment for NEM Reform changes across all business units
  • Developing a detailed program level scope of works
  • Developing and maintaining a program plan in response to the AEMO NEM Reform
  • Engaging key stakeholders to develop strategic responses for NEM Reform initiatives
  • Developing a business case and funding request for the project
Requirements

The successful candidate will have experience in leading multiple teams across multiple business units, managing major regulatory and/or industry changes, and demonstrated ability to lead complex projects.

  • Proven leadership experience in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience with NEM Reform program management
