The Customer Transformation Team aims to transform customer business operations, ensuring delivery is purposeful & sustainable in the short term and drives value proposition for customers in the long term.
This role blends deep expertise in compliance-related change with the ability to contribute to broader transformation efforts. As part of organisational transformation, the Change Manager will support immediate change initiatives and shape future state of risk and compliance operations.
- Collaborate with project, risk, legal, and business teams to ensure change delivery aligns with compliance obligations and transformation objectives.
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness reviews across people, process, and systems.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, develop tailored communications, and ensure strong feedback loop with impacted business units.
- Partner with training leads and SMEs to ensure compliance-related training is relevant, targeted, and effective.
- Monitor and report on change adoption and risk mitigation metrics, escalating issues and opportunities to improve uptake.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring extensive experience in change management (at program/portfolio level) and have led change within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret regulatory language and translate it into business-focused change.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with legal, compliance, and senior business leaders.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and translate complex regulatory change into clear, actionable business impacts.
- Natural collaborator, with proven ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Commitment to continuous improvement, particularly in how risk and compliance changes are delivered and embedded.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic and continuously evolving organisation and sector.
