Operational Transformation Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operational Transformation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our program teams, you will design, lead, and deliver workstreams in complex multi-faceted change programmes or small projects.

  • You will be responsible for leading teams under challenging market conditions, frequently in industry-impacting and high-visibility areas, seamlessly working in blended project teams of personnel.
  • You will work at the forefront of the Energy Sector, helping clients solve their most critical business problems, from strategic vision through implementation and realising benefits.

About This Role:

  • This is a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in designing and implementing Target Operating Models, broader Transformation & Change, organisational agility transformations, large programme definition and delivery.
  • You will have the chance to play a key role in delivering several business transformation projects in the regulated Energy/Utilities sectors.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrable consulting experience working in the energy industry, either from management consultancy or as an internal consultant in an energy retailer.
  • Experience leading small, diverse, multi-skilled teams to successfully deliver complex and/or large-scale changes.
  • Management consulting experience in designing and implementing business strategies, driving organisational change, and improving operational efficiency.
