Key Responsibilities

The Leasing Paralegal plays a pivotal role in facilitating timely lease agreements and associated tenancy documents.

  • Provide guidance on the interpretation of lease documents, drawing from extensive knowledge of retail tenancies legislation.
  • Collaborate closely with leasing, development and shopping centre teams to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Initiate the preparation and finalisation of lease documentation in accordance with approved terms, working in tandem with solicitors as necessary.
Essential Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Leasing Paralegal, with a solid understanding of at least one state-based retail regulatory framework.
  • Exceptional interpretive, analytical and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Able to work independently while prioritising competing demands.
