As part of our team, you can expect:

  • Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, cakes, and desserts for various service operations.
  • Develop and apply pastry skills and techniques under the mentorship of experienced chefs.
  • Support efficient service delivery by working according to daily production sheets.

  • Contribute to efficient service delivery by supporting preparation, stock rotation, and portion control.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance pastry trade knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment in line with HACCP standards.
