The Next Step Recruitment Company is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our client, a global leader in their industry, in their Canberra office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business with a strong 5-year strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a full range of HR services to the Canberra office, including supporting senior leadership, developing HR strategies, and handling day-to-day operational tasks.
- Develop and implement effective HR practices that support the company's 5-year strategic plan.
- Build strong relationships with leaders within the business and provide coaching and guidance as needed.
- Develop and implement new policies and procedures as required.
- Navigate a complex and evolving environment, providing HR expertise and guidance to support business growth and transformation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a true HR Business Partner with the ability to deal with ambiguity and work in an agile environment. You will be degree qualified and have strong generalist skills, with a particular focus on strategic partnering and relationship management. Experience in a fast-paced, complex environment is essential.
You will also need to have a global business mindset and be able to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders. The ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships is critical to success in this role.
Requirements- Degree qualification in a relevant field.
