Job Opportunity at TST Group

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to join our team at TST Group. As an Agile Transformation Lead, you will play a key role in helping our teams adopt and implement Agile methodologies to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Enablement: Collaborate with team members to remove blockers, improve practices, and facilitate self-management.
  • Agile Coaching: Coach teams in Agile principles and practices, ensuring they are followed and improved.
  • Event Facilitation: Facilitate Agile and team events, such as stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Impediment Removal: Identify and remove impediments to optimize team work throughput.
  • Backlog Management: Work with Product Owners and Business Analysts to prioritize the backlog and address changes in scope or bugs.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Facilitate the raising of risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies, and escalate relevant ones through the Project Manager.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Generate and track team-level metrics, create visual controls, and communicate these to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Help teams focus on continuous improvement, take responsibility for their actions, and mentor team members to become problem solvers.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and minimize waste within team processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate ad-hoc meetings with stakeholders and attend Scrum of Scrum meetings as applicable.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Agile Lead or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings and discussions effectively.
  • Experience working with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
