Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and coaching to support agile development processes and the delivery of our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Track team velocity and sprint/release progress while maintaining comprehensive process documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to core agile principles, such as collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and transparency.
  • Update and manage Product & Sprint Backlogs, recommending improvements and best practices.
  • Assist in internal and external communication to enhance transparency and information sharing.
  • Empower teams to self-organize and improve sprint productivity.
  • Manage key application release schedules, ad-hoc projects, and infrastructure initiatives.
  • Document and manage project schedules, timelines, and risks, communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT field.
  • Certificated Scrum Master credential.
  • At least 4+ years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Minimum of 7-8 years of overall experience in IT.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic would be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver without requiring follow-ups.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of technology and ability to analyze and solve issues effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
