We are seeking an exceptional professional who excels at creating structure and optimizing processes.

Your current role might be Operations Manager, Project Manager, Administration Manager or something similar. We value individuals who are passionate about systems and process improvement.

We are growing rapidly and need better systems to help us scale quickly.

You will lead a small team and work closely with our executive team, finance, sales, and coaching teams.

Supporting our customers and coachees as they onboard and offboard our programs is key to your success.

As we grow, you will play a crucial role in building robust systems that drive business growth.

In this environment, being organized is not enough - you must be proactive, resilient and adaptable, with a sense of humour.

You will be comfortable using technology, particularly Zoho, Contentful, Xero, Teams and the Office Suite. We will teach you all about our dashboard.
