About The Role

You'll work closely with the Head of Continuous Improvement to develop and deploy strategic site-focused improvement programs. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading value stream mapping and site improvement initiatives
  • Enhancing labor and equipment efficiency
  • Optimizing operations standards and costs
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborating across functions and markets to deliver customer-centric business outcomes

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Deploying lean and Six Sigma methodologies to deliver sustained improvements
  • Developing and implementing continuous improvement frameworks and strategies
  • Strengthening the continuous improvement culture and capability within the team
  • Driving productivity and error reduction initiatives
  • Managing operating costs and benefits

What We're Looking For

We seek a motivated individual with 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management. You should have a proven track record of delivering complex projects and driving business outcomes. Strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential for success in this role.
