Operational Improvement Specialist

This is a 2-year fixed term assignment as an Operational Improvement Specialist in a large IT Transformation Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing business processes and system operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Create detailed process maps of current state and future state operational models using BPMN standard.
- Identify areas of inefficiency, error, and opportunity for improvement, and develop targeted solutions.
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Develop comprehensive business process documentation and traceability.
- Support downstream teams throughout solution development.
- Proven experience as an Operational Improvement Specialist, preferably in transformation programs, including As-Is and To-Be business and system design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in BPMN process modeling using tools like Visio or Signavio.
- Excellent documentation skills, with a focus on business process analysis artifacts.
- Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
