The successful candidate will oversee a team of restoration professionals, responsible for delivering high-quality outcomes for domestic and commercial projects within the insurance and facility management industries.

  • The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience in the insurance repair industry is essential, as well as a thorough understanding of the construction process, critical inspection points, permit and WHS requirements.
  • A proven track record of establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, building consultants, and tradespeople is also required.
