Senior Restoration Operations Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead our QLD restoration operations, delivering exceptional results in the insurance and facility management sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of restoration experts, overseeing multiple domestic and commercial projects with varying complexities.
  • Conduct site-based estimates and provide operational guidance, ensuring quality assurance, timely delivery, safety standards, and financial performance.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in both residential and commercial reinstatement services.
  • Familiarity with working closely with clients, architects, builders, and various construction-related trades and suppliers.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities, prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective people management skills to drive team outcomes and optimize performance.
Knowledge and Experience:
  • Essential experience in the insurance repair industry, with a thorough understanding of the construction process and relevant regulations.
  • Familiarity with critical inspection points, permits, and WHS requirements, as well as Australian building codes and state legislation.
  • Track record of establishing and maintaining long-term relationships/accounts, and interacting with multiple stakeholders at different levels.
  • Proven business development experience within the insurance sector, driving growth and expansion.
