Job Description

As a Data Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development of intermediate insurance company's data solutions, ensuring they are aligned with business strategies and deliver value efficiently.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build data capabilities, leveraging your knowledge and expertise to drive data quality, reliability, ownership, and utilisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the data capability roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, and driving the adoption of new data tools and technologies.

Additionally, you will mentor team members to improve their SQL and DBT skills, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, governed, and scalable data solutions.

This is a permanent position with a flexible hybrid work model. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements
  • 7+ years' experience in data engineering, data modelling, and data analysis
  • Strong proficiency in DBT and GCP technologies (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage etc.)
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and other scripting languages
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with diligence
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science or technical related degree or business equivalent
  • Relevant Industry experience and/or qualifications.
