About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our CRM team in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing live events to drive customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to develop and execute engagement strategies for game tournaments and quest schedules.
  • Work with the data team to create and implement test schedules to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the CRM and Product teams to organize, document, and release new content to enhance the player experience.
  • Compile and present monthly liveops results to key stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Organize and document SKU, promo code, and product URL requests to ensure seamless execution.
  • Create and validate data configuration updates, time-limited events, special offers, and game feature testing to drive player engagement.
  • Share feedback and suggestions with the Product Management team to inform live ops strategy and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Experience with handling large amounts of data entry and organization, preferably in a game testing or live game operations role.
  • Knowledge of statistics, data analysis, and AB testing to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Motivated and driven individual with a passion for solving complex problems and driving business growth.
  • A solid understanding of key metrics used to monitor live game performance.
