Aquatics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Supervisor to oversee the effective operation of our lifeguard team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent our brand and enforce all policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Direct the day-to-day operations of lifeguards, including deployment, rotations, and roster management.
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels align with operational requirements.
  • Oversee head lifeguards and lead operators, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, record-keeping, and reporting across all aquatic operations.
Requirements:
  • Holding a Special Facilities Lifeguard License (provided by us to be obtained and maintained).
  • Alive Solutions Dispatch Smart certification – to be obtained and maintained.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
