We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with mental health needs. Our team provides person-centred support, understanding that each person's circumstances, needs, wants, and goals are unique and valued.
As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be working closely with adults requiring support within their homes, providing in-home care and community access. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a genuine passion for improving the quality of life for those with minor and complex mental health needs. You will also need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven, with a reliable, kind, and caring nature.
The ideal candidate will have experience and/or academic or professional experience in mental health or a similar field. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

- Current resume and 2 professional referees
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement of employment
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) - if supporting U18
- Current driver license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011/HLTAID003) & CPR (HLTAID009/HLTAID001)
