Mental Health Clinician - A Key Role in Supporting Mental Wellbeing

About the Role:

As a Mental Health Clinician, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with mental health needs. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives and contribute to a team that is passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with consumers, other clinicians, and treatment teams to provide comprehensive support and care.\
  • Conduct assessments and develop interventions aimed at improving mental health outcomes for individuals accessing our services.\
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective program implementation and delivery of high-quality services.\
  • Provide education and training to consumers, carers, and other stakeholders on mental health-related topics.\
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and community organizations to enhance service delivery and promote collaborative working practices.\
  • Ensure compliance with funding requirements, contractual obligations, and regulatory standards.\
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve service goals and objectives.\\/ul\

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing or Social Work degree or equivalent qualification.\
  • Current registration with AHPRA or AASW as required by your profession.\
  • A current driver's license and Australian working rights.\
  • A National Police Check (with disclosable outcomes considered) and Working with Children Check.\\/ul\
