Mental Health Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Mental Health Support Worker. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing emotional support and guidance to clients with mental health issues.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and provide tailored support to improve their quality of life. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing individualised support plans that cater to each client's unique needs and goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements
  • Current resume and 2 professional referees
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement of employment
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) - if supporting U18
  • Current driver license and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Current First Aid (HLTAID011/HLTAID003) & CPR (HLTAID009/HLTAID001)
