
Quality Assurance Investigator

As an Investigator at Possability Group, you will lead investigations into serious incidents, complaints, and allegations to safeguard vulnerable individuals and enhance care standards across Australia.
This critical position plays a vital role in protecting the welfare of our community, ensuring that those who have been harmed receive justice, and supporting the organization's mission to empower and protect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into serious incidents, complaints, and allegations
- Gather and analyze evidence with precision, empathy, and procedural fairness
- Engage with regulatory bodies such as the NDIS Commission, Child Protection, Ombudsman, and WorkSafe
- Deliver clear, trauma-informed reports and outcome letters that inform corrective action
- Collaborate with teams to drive continuous improvement through trend analysis and embedding safer practices
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Government (Investigations) or equivalent qualification
- Tertiary qualifications in social work, disability, child protection, or related fields
- Experience in investigations within the OOHC, disability, or health sectors
- Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
- A commitment to safeguarding, quality, and professional growth
