**Quality Assurance Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of components received from suppliers and final products shipped out of the factory.

Key Responsibilities include: Monitoring the consistency of materials, inspecting inward and outgoing goods to ensure no non-conformances, investigating cause and implementing corrective actions. Additionally, collate data on product non-conformance and customer complaints, prepare reports showing trends, process warranty RMA parts, verify acceptability of returning parts, ensure part is returned to original supplier for credit and investigation, lead Factory Acceptance Testing for all machines produced inhouse and externally, drive the development of quality assurance procedures and documentation.

**Requirements and Skills**

- Technical College or Trade Qualification
- Bachelor's degree work and thinking level and/or experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
