Job Title

A Business Partner will work closely with leaders and managers to develop HR solutions that meet business needs.

This role is responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to stakeholders across the business on performance and conduct matters, strategy, and compliance.

  • Employee Relations experience, including managing union relationships and providing guidance on ER matters.
  • Experience partnering with managers to resolve complex people management issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree qualified in Human Resources.
  • Extensive experience in generalist human resources roles, preferably within a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
