Job Title: Strategic Business PartnerAs a key member of our organization, the Strategic Business Partner will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic HR advice and solutions to senior leaders and stakeholders. This position requires a commercially savvy approach, with expertise in HR operations and strategy.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workforce planning, recruitment, on-boarding, and induction processes across 18 branches and a large staff base. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing HR policies aligned with business objectives
  • Leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and culture
  • Supervising and supporting the Payroll & HR Officer, including leave coverage
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and industry standards
  • Identifying and executing training and development programs across the business
Requirements for this role include:
  • Formal qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner or Manager with strong generalist capability
  • Expertise in HR operations and strategy with a pragmatic and commercially minded approach
  • Strong knowledge of Australian workplace laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in managing employee relations and HR projects
