Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Home Support Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients, providing support and assistance to enable them to live independently in their own homes.

  • Providing general household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, ironing, cleaning the bathroom & kitchen, changing beds and washing;
  • Transporting clients to appointments and shopping;
  • Preparing meals;
  • Social Support or Respite for family/carers;
  • Personal care including assistance with showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained).

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly;
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people;
  • Good communication skills;
  • A reliable team player;
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety;
  • An Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle (essential);
  • Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent (not essential as you can complete this through our traineeship program).
