First Aid Trainer Job

We are seeking a highly skilled First Aid Trainer to join our team and deliver engaging, fun, and entertaining training.

  • Certified in Training and Assessment with at least 2 years of experience in delivering first aid training;
  • A current first aid certification and the ability to obtain a Working with Children Check;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service;
  • A driver's license and reliable transportation for travel when required;
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
  • To design and deliver high-quality first aid training programs that meet industry standards;
  • To conduct training sessions in a classroom or on-site setting;
  • To assess trainees' knowledge and skills through evaluations and assessments;
  • To provide feedback and coaching to trainees to improve their performance;
  • To maintain accurate records of training sessions and trainee progress.
