Job Opportunity in High-End Landscaping

We are seeking an experienced landscaper to fill a leadership position and work on high-end projects across Sydney.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute premium landscaping projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are met.
  • Lead a small team on site, supervise day-to-day operations, delegate tasks, and support junior team members.
  • Interpret and work from landscape plans, including construction, planting, and irrigation.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, subcontractors, and the design team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Take responsibility for tools, materials, scheduling, and site organisation.

Requirements:

  • A trade qualification in Landscape Construction (Cert III or equivalent).
  • Prior experience in residential or commercial landscaping, with strong technical skills.
  • Proven ability to supervise teams or lead job sites (formally or informally).
  • A solid understanding of hard and soft landscaping techniques.
  • A keen eye for detail, with pride in producing high-quality work.
  • A valid driver's license and white card.
