MNI Electrospark All Trades is a highly reputable Sydney based company that provides building maintenance and repairs to houses, units and town houses leased by Department of Housing.  Our company has a strong reputation for its professional and reliable service and we are now looking for a Site supervisor to join our cohesive team.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on housing maintenance projects, particularly focusing on vacant works and modification works. You will ensure that works are completed safely, on time, to specification, and within budget—while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site works for vacant property refurbishments and modifications.
  • Manage subcontractors and in-house teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients, residents, and internal teams to provide updates and resolve issues.
  • Ensure all works comply with relevant regulations, specifications, and health & safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within housing maintenance, refurbishment, or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of vacant works, modifications, and building maintenance processes.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively.
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation and site compliance.
  • Full driving licence
