Our opportunity

We offer a unique opportunity for a Site Supervisor – Night Shift to join our high-performing project team delivering the landmark 55 Pitt Street premium commercial and retail tower in the heart of the Circular Quay precinct. Contributing to the revitalisation of Circular Quay, 55 Pitt aims to offer a new experience and world-class amenities for workers and visitors alike.

Following approval of extended DA working hours to 9 pm (Monday to Friday) and 24/7 internal works, as Site Supervisor – Night Shift, you will take ownership of the delivery of subcontractor trade requirements across all work packages related to the build, ensuring completion within time, cost, and quality obligations. You will assist the Project Manager in establishing a cohesive and focused project team and contribute to it in a supportive and productive manner.

Your point of difference

- Trade background and relevant qualification
- Experience in a similar role working on high-rise commercial building projects, ideally within a Tier 1 main contractor or developer builder environment
- High-end commercial lobby and fit-out package experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with safety requirements and supporting crews with health and safety processes
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
- Passionate about delivering customer-focused quality and leaving a positive legacy in the communities where you operate
