Job Description

The role of a Site Foreman is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery and completion of high-end residential projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of skilled tradespeople, overseeing construction operations, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading on-site teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Interpreting and executing site plans, construction drawings, and scope of works
  • Understanding project timing and coordinating with other trades
  • Delivering custom interior/exterior fit-outs and bespoke joinery
  • Organizing and managing other trades on-site
  • Supporting and developing apprentices
  • Maintaining workplace health and safety standards
  • Performing general building and carpentry work
  • Fostering professionalism and company values

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess significant experience as a Site Foreman or Site Manager on high-end residential builds, with meticulous attention to detail and high-quality workmanship. They should also have strong communication and teamwork skills, excellent organizational and planning skills, and good IT skills in construction management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cert IV Construction Management or Diploma
  • Cert III Carpentry
  • White card
