Business Administration Trainee Role Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Business Administration Trainee.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure and experience in general administrative duties, including answering telephone enquiries, maintaining our student and volunteer management system, updating excel spreadsheets, assisting with adhoc projects as well as adhering to different office procedures.

As a Business Administration Trainee, you will be supported in your learning on-the-job by experienced team members, and assisted to obtain a formal qualification in Business Administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general administrative duties, including answering telephone enquiries and maintaining records;
  • Provide support to the team with various tasks and projects;
  • Develop skills and knowledge in business administration, including finance, marketing, and human resources;
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve business operations;

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use the MS Office suite;
  • Proven ability to think on your feet and proactively find solutions to issues as and when they arise;
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills with a keen interest to consider a long-term career within business administration;
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team;
