Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a project environment, managing end-to-end processes and financial administration.
- Adhere to relevant guidelines and regulations, including WHS standards.
- Achieve quotations within contractual timeframes.
- Ensure accurate invoicing in line with client requirements.
- Process supplier invoices within 4 business days of receipt.
- Produce ad-hoc reports and reconciliations as required by the business or client.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within projects, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and high-level numerical analysis and problem-solving skills.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a passion for delivering positive client outcomes and effective stakeholder engagement.
About This PositionThis position requires someone who can maintain good working relationships with clients while ensuring compliance to all financial processes and standards.
