Our Spa Host Role

As a key member of our spa team, you will work closely with skilled therapists to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Noosa Resort spa. Your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service at reception, handling phone calls, managing appointment schedules and confirming bookings.

Additionally, you will prepare treatment rooms, maintain equipment and supplies, and support the Spa Manager and therapists with administrative tasks. To excel in this role, you must possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering superior customer service.

Key qualifications include day spa/beauty reception experience in a similar environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you are an organized and motivated individual with a flair for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

We are seeking someone who is available to work Wednesday to Saturday, 9am-5pm, and possesses a strong ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Reliability and a commitment to teamwork are essential qualities for this role.
