Client Services Representative

We are on the lookout for a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Officer who possesses experience in customer service administration or has a background in medical practice and is ready for a new opportunity.
In this role, reporting directly to the General Manager, you will play a crucial part in assisting clients by offering guidance and coordinating appropriate appointments with our diverse team of specialist consultants.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour duties will encompass, but are not limited to:
- Engaging with clients to organize and execute agreed-upon services
- Coordinating appointment schedules
- Managing a busy inbox filled with inquiries, appointments, and other service requests
- Providing administrative and operational assistance to consulting practitioners
- Delivering information and support to clients or potential clients
- Performing additional tasks assigned to the Client Services team, which may include reception duties, dictation uploads, invoicing, and supporting the broader team
To qualify for this position, you should possess:
- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
- The capability to work both independently and collaboratively
- An enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful demeanor
- Excellent prioritization skills while maintaining adaptability
- A keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
