About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our city call centre team as a Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality experience to customers through inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email interactions
  • Maintain accurate data in our customer management system
  • Meet individual and team KPI's

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
