Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service Delivery: Ensure timely completion of all client-related tasks, meeting internal and external service standards.
  • Fee Management: Manage client fees and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients, book appointments, and assist with queries.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general support to the Client Services team, including file creation and management, database entry and management.
  • Reception Cover: Cover reception duties as required.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks, such as printing, filing, and scanning.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in an accounting firm or professional services firm.
  • Client Service Skills: Demonstrated experience in client services or a similar customer-focused role.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders.
  • Team Player: Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop, and able to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
