Palliative Care Role

Northeast Health Wangaratta provides a range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services in the Central Hume region.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced palliative care nurse to join the Community Palliative Care Service. The primary role is to act as a senior clinician within a multi-disciplinary team across rural areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical resource and advisory/development support.
  • Undertake projects, research and development activities specific to palliative care.
  • Ensure a holistic palliative care service is provided to clients, carers/families in the community, hospitals and other care settings.
