Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic medical/dental practice in the CBD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Appointment Management: Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring seamless scheduling and timely follow-ups.
- Enquiry Handling: Respond to patient inquiries, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information.
- Electronic Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, utilizing our dental software package.
- Invoicing and Billing: Process patient invoices and manage billing procedures.
- Follow-ups and Recalls: Schedule and send reminders for upcoming appointments and follow-up care.

Requirements:
