Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic team at AB Dental & Medical. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments and manage the practice's schedule to ensure efficient use of time.
- Enquiries and Follow-ups: Handle patient inquiries, respond to follow-up calls, and ensure timely communication with patients and staff.
- Electronic Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Invoicing and Billing: Process patient invoices, manage billing, and ensure timely payment.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
