We have an exciting opportunity for customer-facing professionals to support our busy hearing clinics on the Gold Coast in a casual capacity.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on interaction and delivering exceptional service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service to our predominantly older clientele and helping them navigate their hearing health.
You will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, offering administrative support to clinicians, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring accurate billing for clients.
To succeed in this position, you will require prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration, a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
