Smooth Operation Specialist

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our service team.
Reporting to the Service Desk Senior, you will liaise with customers and third-party servicing contractors.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Receiving service/maintenance calls and logging them on our internal IT system.
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping and producing maintenance schedules reports.
- Providing high-level accuracy in all records created.
You will also be responsible for:
- Booking PMI/Tacho calibrations/servicing.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues.
- Administering waste notes and orders.
- Ensuring timely completion of tasks internally and externally.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Experience in a similar role or willingness to undergo full training.
- Good PC skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent organisational skills, multitasking abilities, and teamwork skills.
