Warehouse Operative Job

We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to work in our large distribution centre serving multiple clothing brands. The role involves unloading goods, picking and packing orders, and ensuring the warehouse runs smoothly.

  • This is a physically demanding role that requires walking long distances and performing repetitive lifting.
  • You will be working with a team to achieve set targets and contribute to the smooth operation of the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
  1. Unload and store incoming goods safely and efficiently
  2. Pick and pack customer orders accurately and on time
  3. Operate manual handling equipment (MHE) to move stock around the warehouse
  4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets
  5. Perform other tasks as required by management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Physical fitness with ability to walk long distances and perform repetitive lifting
  • Good English language skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and training
  • Desirable: experience in a similar role

Please note that this is a fixed full-time shift job, working either 6am-2:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, 8am-4:30pm or 1:30pm-10pm Monday to Friday. You may also be required to work Saturday or Sunday shifts.
