About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Sales Support Representative.

This role involves providing exceptional customer service, processing sales orders and quotes, and working closely with trade customers and representatives to build strong relationships.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with trade representatives to provide outstanding service to account customers
  • Liaising directly with trade customers to provide exceptional customer service
  • Processing sales orders, quotes & invoicing in an accurate, efficient & prompt manner

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Timber/building industry experience is essential
