Senior Creative Director

The Senior Creative Director plays a pivotal role in shaping seasonal product direction, delivering cohesive collections that balance creativity and commerciality.

This role works closely with Product & Sourcing to connect creative vision with operational excellence, ensuring our product is designed with clarity and delivered with precision.

The ideal candidate brings a confident creative point of view, strong understanding of womenswear design, denim, and the ability to translate global trends into our aesthetic while respecting heritage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver seasonal collections across womenswear, grounded in denim innovation, better basics, and attitude.
  • Define seasonal design direction across colour, fabric, silhouette, and print.
  • Lead development of capsule collections and collaborations.
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure storytelling reflects design direction and positioning.
  • Champion responsible and intelligent design that reinforces quality and longevity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in womenswear design, ideally with denim expertise.
  • Strong creative point of view.
  • Proven ability to deliver cohesive seasonal collections from concept to customer.
  • Strong fabric knowledge.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Confident communicator with ability to influence and inspire.
