Medication Manager

Pharmacists play a vital role in clinical trials by providing comprehensive medication management, optimising patient treatments and leading clinical trial processes within a dynamic multidisciplinary team.
- We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to deliver patient-centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing medication safety and optimization.
- You will perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and offer patient-specific recommendations, as well as compounding, dispensing and managing clinical trial drugs and supplies.
- Liaising with various stakeholders, including project management, CRO partners, and internal staff for training implementation is also a key responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in pharmacy or a related field
- Experience in clinical trials and medication management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
